About me


How's it going, my name is Angelo Alessandro Marucci, and I'm a Systems Engineer absorbed by the world of computer science and most of it's implications. I'm an Italian who has been through Italy in my early years, to Western Australia during my prime childhood, and settling down as optimistic teenager and adult in Panama.

Life, with it's many twists and turns, and even moreso with traveling and meeting so many great people, has given me quite the priveledge and opportunity, to learn that you really never know what to expect out of life, until you go out there and see the world for yourself.

Key Functions:

  • Theming and styling drupal twigs and template files to match design provided by the design department.
  • Testing responsiveness of modules, features and new pages in Drupal 7.
  • Custom module creation, administration, maintenance and general development process.

Key Functions:

  • Customer service rep for the 1-800-PICKUPS Hotline, for US domestic customers
  • Scheduling pick-ups for both shippers, and sometimes for customers who were seeking to return a packages
  • Helping clients locate facilities for dropping off packages
  • General customer service revolving shipping, packaging and pickups

Key Functions:

  • Password resets, account activation through Active Directory.
  • Basic tech support.
  • Remote desktop support, and general help desk tasks
  • Registering and following up on service requests, and channeling issues to their correct destination, for elevation or further follow up.
